    • Designed to mate to and match new curtain wall, coordinated with curtain wall trade partner

    • High performance fan with 24V EC motor and factory configured CFM set point (limited field air balancing required)

    • 3rd party certified unit sound test on each unit type (by Intertek)

    • Testing report submitted for record and available online via laser etched QR code

    • Factory pressure test for each unit utilizing NIST traceable instrumentation

    • Pressure recorded electronically at 1 second intervals

  • • TecspecSystem Optimized ValveTM for variable air and water controls

    • Factory installed return air sensor

    • no wall thermostat and associated field wiring required)

    • Factory installed condensate/leak sensor and associated controls for valve shutoff

    • Factory installed entering water temperature sensor

    • No field wiring required except for quick connect inter unit power and communication

    • Stand alone controls

    • Each unit has over 100 BACnet points available for future BMS integration

  • Electrical Requirements

    • Provide 120V, 20 Amp. Circuit per Submittal Drawing

    • Each 20 Amp Circuit with serve (24) Units utilizing (3) Drops 

    Mechanical Requirements

    • Receive and Install Unit

    • Connect low voltage interconnecting cable between Sections

    • Final Piping Connections 

    Future BMS Integration Requirements

    • (2) BACnet IP Drops per floor for future BMS Integration (typical)

    • Each Unit will be factory configured with a unique device instance (BACnet Address) to allow seamless BMS Integration (No Dip Switch Settings or Field Addressing Required)

    • Each unit will be factory configured with system alarm points for future BMS Integration (No Field Alarm Programming Required)

    • Each Unit will be factory configured with Energy Management routines for future BMS Integration (No field Programming required)
